Yoga found me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. What began as a search for a way to quiet the noise inside my mind, slowly the practice became something far deeper. I have travelled, studied, and immersed myself in trainings and workshops, falling in love with this practice from the outside in.
Moving into my 40s, I realize we need practices that can meet each season of ourlives, the beautiful parts and the hard ones. Practices that become an anchor, not just an escape.
This online space was created for exactly that. Through Yoga Nidra, Soul Inquiries, and heart-led practices, I offer you a place to come home to yourself, in the comfort of your own home, on your own time.
This isn't another practice to check off your to-do list. it's an invitation to remember who you truly are. Together, we move beyond the surface and into a deeper knowing of your inner world.
My voice serves as your guide. You go where you are ready to explore. Through Sankalpa, we gently work to reprogram limiting beliefs into expanding ones. We feel into the experience of gratitude and breath and we practice cultivate heart coherence. A practice of inviting the nervous system to relax.
These sessions are designed for practitioners who want to cultivate more intentionality in the way they are living And Remembering who they already are.
Reflection of the Month
I didn't arrive here in a straight line. I've taken time away from these practices, burned out, broken down, and slowly rebuilt. Each season teaching me something I couldn't have learned any other way.
A recent injury stopped me in my tracks and gave me something unexpected: the time and space to finally build what has been living inside me for years. This website, this practice, this offering has been the thing I kept starting and never finishing. Until now.
I know what it feels like to hold yourself back, to stay in what's familiar even when it no longer fits. I know the quiet ache of a life that looks fine on the outside, yet you know there is more inside of you that wants to be shared. These practices are not a fix. They are an invitation to stop hiding your humanness, and to remember you are not broken. You never were. It's an invitation to remember to trust yourself and your path.
